About

Format: Open Modified Redpoint Bouldering Competition. All routes designated per division are open for climbing – points awarded for flashes and subsequent attempts.

Divisions:

• Recreation (V0-V3: Yellow, Orange, Purple) 

• Intermediate (V3-V5: Purple, Blue, Pink)

• Advanced (V5-V7: Pink, White)

• Open (V7+ : White, Black) 

• Male/Female Divisions – all are welcome to register under the gender they identify with.

Awards:

• Top 3 climbers in each division (details on scoring to be shared at rules meeting)

• COSTUME CONTESET! Best dressed in each wave -- creativity will be rewarded!

Registration:

• Registration is available on  our website here or in person at Big Island Bouldering

• Registration on or before October 11th will be guaranteed a competition T-shirt for pick up at the event. Please make sure to fill out the form that accompanies registration to indicate your preferred size.

• Registration following the October 11th deadline will receive T-shirts at the event on a first-come-first-served basis, while supplies last.

• BIB Youth Team & Club: $50

• Non-Members: $60

Spectators Welcome!

Not competing? Come watch the action! The gym will be closed for general climbing, but spectators are welcome to cheer on competitors and enjoy the event.
