Group classes focused on building strength, stability, and resilience in climbers. Brought to you by Mend & Send.

Class Descriptions
Rock Solid
Focus on Tension. This is a class tailored to help hypermobile individuals gain stability and confidence in their bodies.
Tuesdays at 3:15pm
Up in Arms
Focus on Upper Body. This is a class to help climbers develop a more robust and resilient upper body. Exercises for shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers are all on the menu!
Wednesdays at 8am
Full Metal Body
Focus on Shoulders, Hips, and Core. This class is aimed to help climbers develop strength where it counts!
Fridays at 11am
Classes are 55-minutes in length and are individualized for the attendees.
There is a $50 start-up fee, which includes a 30-minute movement and strength screen prior to the first class. Individual classes are $35 each. A bundle of six classes is available for $155.
